Hi — I’m Jen, the founder and lead teacher at Soul Space.
My classes are an invitation to come home to yourself — to move with intention, listen closely, and soften into what’s true. I teach from a place of curiosity, compassion, and embodied practice, blending thoughtful sequencing with breath, strength, and inner awareness.
I believe yoga should feel personal. Here, you’re not just another body in the room — you’re seen, welcomed, and supported.
